What we record
This page is about the website itself. How candidates' and participants' responses are handled is a separate matter, and it is set out under security.
When you write to us
If you fill in the contact form we store your name, email address and, where given, company, phone number and your message. We use it to answer you and to remember what we discussed. We do not sell information on, and we do not use it for newsletters you did not ask for.
We also store a hashed version of your IP address. It cannot be traced back to you, but it makes it possible to see whether the form is being abused.
How long
Enquiries that do not lead to work together are deleted after two years. If they do, the information follows the customer relationship.
No tracking
There are no analytics tools, no advertising pixels and no third-party cookies on this site. The typefaces are served from our own server, so nothing is fetched from other domains while you read here.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we have recorded about you. Write to kontakt@profectify.com and you will have an answer within a month. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
