Pricing
A subscription per organisation, not a price per report
There is no figure on this page. There is what gets bought, what gets counted, and how it gets paid — so you know what you are agreeing to before we talk about the amount.
The model
Six things that hold whatever the amount is
Who buys
The organisation, not the user
The subscription sits with the company or the consultancy. How many colleagues have access does not change the price — there is no per-user price anywhere in the system.
What is included
A number of evaluations per period
The subscription runs for an agreed period and includes an agreed number of evaluations in it. If no cap was agreed, there is no cap.
Five instruments
Five subscriptions, one account
Indikator, PersonalityIntelligence, Trivsel, the Change Profile and the Leadership Profile are bought separately, because they get used at very different rates. Login, organisation and invoice are still in one place.
What costs nothing extra
Reports, languages, updates
Consultant and candidate reports, Danish and English, your accent colour, and the improvements that arrive in the instrument along the way.
Payment
Invoice, not card
The invoice comes from Profectify with a payment deadline. There is no card field in the system, and that is a choice: we never receive card details, so they cannot leak from here either. For customers outside Denmark with a valid VAT number, we invoice under the reverse charge.
Visibility
Usage sits in your account
Subscription, period, usage against the cap and every invoice sit under your own organisation. Nobody has to write and ask how many have been used.
The count
What counts as one evaluation
One evaluation is counted when it is created — that is, when the invitation goes out — and not when it is completed. That is the honest way to do it: the other would make it free to fire invitations into the air. In return, resending to the same person does not count again. An invitation that is cancelled does still count within the period — we write that here rather than letting you discover it in the count. If the cap is reached, the app says so when the next invitation is about to be created, and points at the subscription: it does not send an invoice you have not seen.
Pricing
Why there is no figure here
The price depends on how many evaluations you expect to use in a year, whether it is one instrument or several, and whether you use them internally or with your own clients. A figure on this page would be right for one reader and wrong for the rest, and it would still have to be redone in the conversation we need to have. So we have the conversation first. You get a figure within one working day, and you get it in writing.
There is no lock-in beyond the agreed period, no setup fees that appear later, and no automatic increase you have not seen. If any of that should change, it is in the agreement before it becomes an invoice.
